Please note that there are 2 rates available:
Air Conditioned: Fully Serviced. Rate includes Electricity and Water. Room is cleaned and linen changed daily.
4 Weekly: Minimum stay of 28 days.
We offer a significant discount to people who choose to make Anna Jet their home away from home but because of this we cannot offer this option to new residents between the 1st Oct and the 28th Feb.
As a long stay resident you effectively simply rent a room from us - we do not clean or change linen/towels and we meter your electricity and water at 9 and 35 baht respectively. If you want the room serviced then we will charge 50 baht each time you request this. We also ask for a 3,000 baht deposit - returned when you pay your bills!
