tourist industry - so our prices have to reflect this.

Deposits and Pre-payment: We require a deposit of 1000 baht (15 sterling) for all bookings in Peak Season. UK bank account holders can transfer direct to our UK account, everyone else via PayPal. Except for payments via PayPal we do not accept Credit or Debit Cards. We may ask for pre-payment for group bookings. |

| We offer a significant discount to people who choose to make Anna Jet their home away from home but because of this we cannot offer this option to new residents between the 1st Oct and the 28th Feb. |

| As a long stay
resident you effectively simply rent a room from us - we do not clean or
change linen/towels and we meter your electricity and water at 9 and 35
baht respectively. If you want the room serviced then we will charge
50 baht each time you request this. We also ask for a 3,000 baht deposit - returned
when you pay your bills! |
Updated 6/6/08 and applicable from 6/6/08. Bookings received and confirmed prior to this date will be honoured at previous rate.
Please note that we also have a board outside Anna Jet that shows walk-in rates. These may change daily depending upon our occupancy levels - and may be below or above the Web site rates. The rate agreed as part of the booking process will be the applicable rate.
